We are releasing, Better Half, our ridiculously refreshing version of a 1/2 & 1/2 made with lemonade and black tea. Our version is made with decaf black tea from White Heron Tea (www.whiteherontea.com), fresh lemon balm and apple mint from Shilo Farm Eco Lodge & Retreat (www.shilo-farm.com), and lots of fresh lemon zest! Cider is available for tastings, growler fill, and in the can until its gone!

For those of you who haven’t had either, Pineapple Thunder is a pineapple, lime, and cilantro infused cider, and Wulf Kitty is a tart cherry, tangerine, ginger infused cider. Both of these ciders are exceptionally refreshing and the perfect libation to celebrate liberty!

Grown-ups, join us at the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire for an evening of hard cider sampling and tasty nibbles! This 21+ event will feature tastings of four all-natural hard ciders provided by North Country Hard Cider, based in neighboring Rollinsford, NH. Included in the ticket price are four-ounce pours of cider, paired with tasty bites from local restaurants and activities sure to bring out your inner child!
Participating restaurants include BLUE LATITUDES, Chapel + Main, Dos Amigos Burritos Dover, Ohana Kitchen, Tendercrop Farm at the Red Barn, and The Gyro Spot - Dover. A portion of each ticket sold supports Children’s Museum of NH exhibits and programs.
Discounted advance online tickets are $20 per person through March 24th; $25 March 25th – March 29th; or $30 at the door if the event has not sold out. Designated driver tickets are also available for $15 and include non-alcoholic beverages and food tastings.

Taverns and stagecoach routes configured the Berwicks we know today. At this historical society fundraiser near the old Portland Turnpike, discover the dining experience of our region’s 18th century travelers.
Enjoy courses of authentic colonial fare prepared by local chefs, and beverages of Tributary Brewing and North Country Hard Cider. Generously hosted by the Red Barn, and coordinated by Paula Bennett, author of Imagining Ichabod.
Unwind as the tavern patrons might have with a tankard of a fine rum punch. Then enjoy the hospitality of the inn holder as he offers you his 18th century food and beverages, and provides you with the music of the time performed on a reproduction harpsichord and dulcimer. Period attire encouraged, dressy-casual attire requested.

It may be cold and snowy outside but Spring has arrived at North Country. Join us this Saturday, March 9th, starting at 10am, for the release of 'Sugarshack', our maple, ginger, black walnut, cider. It's our third annual 'Flapjacks and Sugarshack' event. We serve up flapjacks with Gile's Family Farm maple syrup and all the fixins. We ran out of pancakes the last two years so come early for this wicked fun, family event. Gluten free pancakes will be available as well. We're getting hungry just thinking about it!

Join us for the release of our new cider, Tree Shaker. This limited release is a blend of antique and heirloom apples from a small private orchard in Strafford, NH.
After primary fermentation, the cider was cold-aged for 12 months. The result is a rich full-bodied off-dry cider.
We are proud to once again contribute to the The Salmon Run 5K road and trail race. Please join us in our tasting room at noon for a refreshing cider!
The Salmon Run is a 5K road and trail race beginning at the Rollinsford Grade School, continuing through our beautiful community and onto the wooded trail bordering Scoutlands. The course then follows along the Salmon Falls river and ends back at the Grade School where we will host an awards ceremony and celebration for participants.
