We collect Personal Information about you when you make a purchase through our web store, subscribe to our email list, or contact us through the form or email address listed on the Website. In each case, Personal Information is only collected insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with the Website.

1.1 Email Correspondence

We ask for your email address when subscribing to our email newsletter, so that we may notify you via email of special events and cider releases. The email address you provide will be transferred to MailChimp, our marketing automation platform, for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. Your email address will be stored with MailChimp indefinitely (for as long as we maintain our account). You may choose to unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. You may also email us to request that your email address be permanently removed from our MailChimp account.

When purchasing cider through our web store, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, such as, your name, address, email address, and credit card details.  This information is used to: process your order; send you email communications about your order; contact you if we have trouble processing your order; comply with legal obligations. This information is processed and stored by VinoShipper, a third party compliance and e-commerce provider, in accordance with VinoShipper's privacy policy and terms.  We do not process or store this information on our Website server.  

“VinoShipper agrees not to use the Personal Information of anyone who purchases or receives [our] products through the VinoShipper platform…for any reason other than for the purposes of order fulfillment…and VinoShipper will not use Purchaser Information for any internal marketing or other purposes, including to benefit any third parties.”
